About the Photographer

I have always been fascinated with how light is turned into vision. Light is perceived by the human imagination which gives rise to human expression. It is a beautiful and elaborate process both biologically and creatively.  The Camera, much like the human eye, gathers light information for the human consciousness, in a similar fashion when capturing an image. Our eyes perceive our lives and the beauty within them. We live these lives under different amounts and forms of light.  The camera is an extension of a photographer’s eye. It captures the beauty that they see in it. With this idea in mind, My goal is to capture beautiful moments both within my life and my clients. 

I grew up in the small community of Garden Valley. I started photography at the age of 13 and from there my love of capturing moments grew.  For me photography is about that moment that has been captured forever; it’s about capturing the world in that instant.  My work ranges from portraiture to the abstract but all my work tries to capture the beauty our world offers us.
